Describe what you tried, your phone model and app version. A screenshot without other people’s private content can help. Never send passwords, one-time codes or payment card details.

Account and privacy

Export and delete information under Profile → Settings → Account. If you cannot sign in, contact us from your account’s email address. We may request necessary identity verification.
