Your account

Provide accurate account information and protect access to your email and sign-in services. You are responsible for the content and actions you create. Do not impersonate others or grant access to animals and groups you have no right to manage.

Content and community

You retain your rights to your content. You give us permission to store, process and display it to provide the features you select, including sharing and memory films. You must have the right to share images and information about others. Illegal content, harassment, spam and misuse of private information are prohibited. You can report content and block people in the app.

Family, sitters and groups

Assign roles and access thoughtfully. Co-owners may have extensive permissions; sitter access may expire. Choose an audience before sharing and manage members where your role permits it. Deletion cannot retrieve copies other people have already saved.

Pawlilo Pro

Pro is optional. Features, price, billing period and any trial are shown before you confirm a purchase. App Store or Google Play handles payment. Subscriptions renew according to the terms shown by the store and are managed and cancelled there. Deleting the app or your Pawlilo account does not necessarily cancel a subscription. Statutory consumer rights apply regardless of these terms.

Ending or changing the service

You can export information and delete your account in the app. We may restrict access for serious misuse or legal requirements and review questions about these decisions at hi@pawlilo.app. Material changes to the service or terms will be communicated appropriately. We do not limit rights you have under mandatory law.

Walks and animal care

Pawlilo helps you share and plan. Maps, distances, nearby notifications and reminders may be inaccurate or delayed. An invitation or sitter role does not verify a person’s identity or suitability. Agree responsibility, meeting points and the animal’s needs directly. Pawlilo is not an emergency or veterinary service.

Reports and complaints

Do not share threats, hate speech, sexually exploitative content, animal abuse, fraud or other illegal activity. Do not bypass access controls or harass others. Use in-app reporting and blocking. You can also send us a link or description of content and explain why you believe it breaks the rules. Enquiries and questions about restrictions are reviewed at hi@pawlilo.app.

Subscriptions, cancellation and refunds

A trial converts to a paid subscription if disclosed by the store and you do not cancel before the displayed deadline. The store also shows your renewal date and price. Manage purchases through the store or contact hi@pawlilo.app for help with cancellation, withdrawal rights, refunds or a problem with the service. Store payment procedures do not limit your statutory rights. Do not treat account deletion as confirmation that future charges have stopped.

iPhone app licence

Apple’s standard licence agreement applies to the iPhone app when no separate licence is provided in the App Store. Pawlilo’s terms govern the service.
